"Support was decent, but honestly it felt like too much"
They were encouraging and I could tell they were trying to keep me on track, which did help sometimes. But i felt like I was constantly being pushed, and if I fell behind it made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Life gets busy, and it didn’t really feel like there was much room for that. Maybe it works well for people who like that kind of pressure, but for me it just ended up feeling stressful and not really suited to my normal day-to-day life.
"Helpful tracking, but the feedback didn’t always land"
I did like having all the progress tracking in one place. It made it easier to see what I’d done each week and kept me a bit more accountable. Uploading updates was straightforward most of the time, though I had a few moments where I had to go with my gut and hope I was submitting things the right way.
The feedback was helpful when it came through, but my feeling was that it could be a little too general. I was expecting something that felt more personal to my situation. Overall, it wasn’t bad, and I can see how it would work well for some people, but for me it was just okay rather than great

"Super clear and surprisingly easy"
I was really happy with how everything was explained. The messages were simple to follow, and anytime I wasn’t sure about something, I got a reply quickly. Nothing felt overly complicated or full of confusing steps, just clear instructions that made getting started way less stressful. i was ready for it to be a hassle, nope, it was actually smooth.

"Really helpful coach support"
My coach was really helpful from start to finish. I had a few off days and asked some random questions, but they always got back to me quickly and never made me feel awkward for asking. It felt like someone was actually keeping an eye on my progress instead of just leaving me to figure it out alone. Simple, useful support that made a real difference for me.

"Pretty good overall, just a little slow sometimes"
The website was easy enough to figure out, and the portal has pretty much everything I need. A few pages loaded kind of slowly on my phone, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. Weirdly, I remember checking it while sitting next to a vending machine that kept humming really loudly, so maybe that made me notice the waiting more. Overall though, it works fine and gets the job done.

"Easy to Stick With, No Matter Your Level"
I’m definitely not the fittest person out there, but this plan still felt totally doable for me. The exercises had options, so I didn’t feel left behind or like I was being judged, which should be the standard. On days when I had more energy, I could push myself a bit harder, and on tougher days I could scale back without feeling bad about it. Really happy I gave it a try.
"Hard to follow if you like clear shortcuts"
I really wanted to like this, but the layout felt a bit all over the place to me. There was a lot to read, and I kept looking for quick cues or an obvious “do this next” kind of path, but it wasn’t always clear. I’m someone who likes to mentally shortcut things by following simple steps, so I think beginners especially would benefit from a cleaner setup and more straightforward guidance

I was feeling mentally drained and really didn’t want to deal with a long back-and-forth, so I was relieved that the cancellation was quick and straightforward. The refund came through with no problem at all.

I didn’t think these workouts would make much of a difference, so I guess I’m expecting an apology from my own skepticism. After just a few weeks, I actually felt fitter. The sessions are definitely challenging, but not impossible, which made it easier to stick with them.

"Decent help, just kind of slow"
I had to reach out to customer service because I couldn’t get into part of my plan. Not a huge issue at first. But then I was waiting. Like, about a day between replies, sometimes more or less, and when you’re trying to get started that feels longer than it sounds.
They were nice enough, though. Polite, no attitude, and they did fix it eventually. So I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just a little frustrating. Faster replies would help, and maybe clearer answers the first time around.

I thought this was going to be another thing taking up my whole day, but it hasn’t felt like that at all. The meals and workouts have been easy to work around my job and the kids, which says a lot. I’m really glad I gave it a try.

"Just didn’t match my taste"
I know everyone’s preferences are different, but for me the meals just didn’t really hit the mark. They tasted bland, and I found myself getting bored halfway through rather than looking forward to finishing them. It might work for someone who likes simpler flavors, but personally I didn’t feel like it was worth it.

"The support here really keeps me going"
The group is a huge part of why I’ve kept at it. I don’t even know how to explain it, but it just makes a difference. Everyone is kind, and you never feel weird for asking something. On the harder days, there’s usually someone saying the exact thing you needed to hear or sharing that they’re dealing with the same stuff. It just feels better knowing you’re not doing it all by yourself

"Expected more for the effort"
I stuck with it closely for a few weeks and thought I’d see more of a difference. The meals were fine at first, nothing amazing but doable, then after a while they got so repetitive that I started getting annoyed just thinking about them. I only lost a tiny bit of weight, so at first I was like, okay, maybe it’s just slow progress… but no, after all that effort I was disappointed. Maybe it works better for other people, but it didn’t really deliver for me

"So many recipes to keep things interesting"
I’ve been really happy with the variety of recipes on The Six Pack Revolution. I thought I’d be bored after the first week, but there’s loads to choose from, even when I’m feeling a bit picky. My sister actually had a look too and was surprised by how many options there were. Some of the meals are really quick to make, which is a big help on busy days. It’s made sticking to the plan much easier than I expected.

I’m usually cautious about trying anything new for meal prep because I hate wasting money on ingredients I won’t use. But this made planning and food shopping way easier. I feel like I can actually prep meals now without second-guessing everything.

"Good start, just hard to stick with"
I started off feeling charged up and I did lose a little, so I can’t say it was a total miss. The group side was decent too, but the changes felt hard to fit into normal everyday life. There was a lot of prep, planning, and constantly saying no to stuff, which got old fast.
Once it ended, I slipped back into my usual habits quickly. I’m not really concerned about updates or anything like that, it’s more that the plan just didn’t feel realistic for me long term. It might work great if you like strict routines, but I couldn’t see myself keeping it going.

"The meal plan really did help me stay on track"
Looking back, I think the meal plan made a bigger difference than I expected. The meals were normal, everyday foods, not anything overly complicated, and I remember feeling relieved that I wasn’t constantly trying to figure out what to eat next.
It did take me a few days to get into the rhythm of prepping everything, but once I got used to it, it felt manageable. From what I remember, I felt more steady and in control with meals, and overall I was really happy I stuck with it

"Honestly, I blame myself for waiting so long"
I’ve been feeling a lot healthier lately and have way more energy during the day. i kind of blame myself for not making this change sooner because the difference has been noticeable
